Shipping & Delivery
Our warehouse is based in inner west Sydney, open and ships orders daily Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). You can purchase in confidence knowing that your goods will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of placing your order.
Timing of Delivery
Estimated delivery time within Australia is approximately 2 to 10 business days (excluding public holidays) from the date your payment is received.
Estimated times are to be used as a guide only depending on your location and the availability of stock. Please note due to current COVID-19 disruptions, courier service may get delayed often. Whilst we endeavour to fulfil all orders, please note some items, sizes or colours may not be available at time of dispatch. You will be refunded for items not available at time of dispatch. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
We only ship orders to Australian Postal addresses and post office boxes. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the Australian address indicated on your Order Confirmation. We dispatch all orders with courier parcel service.
We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to you within the estimated delivery time; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. We cannot take responsibility for late delivery caused by freight carriers as this is outside our control. Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.
If you have specified a recipient who is not you, for delivery purposes, then you accept that evidence of a signature by a person who identifies themselves as that person at that delivery address, is evidence of delivery to you and fulfilment by us of our responsibility.
Please Note: we don't deliver to a PO Box, nor parcel lockers.
All purchases for delivery in Australia will be charged as follows:
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $150 (GST inclusive) national wide, excluding Ergomax series* and Kids timber desk**. Orders under the value of $150 (GST inclusive) will incur a courier fee depending on delivery addresses (within 5km, free delivery for order over AUD 50 and a flat rate for local delivery and to regional/shorthaul areas within NSW).
* For Ergomax chairs, a flat rate of oversize handling fee will apply to each chair:
- AUD 55 for NSW metro,
- AUD 70 for ACT, VIC. QLD metro,
- AUD 85 for SA metro and
- AUD 150 for Perth.
Due to current COVID-19 situation, interstate delivery could be delayed up to weeks ocassionally.
Our freight and handling fees do not include insurance and we may not be held responsible for any damage, destruction or loss of goods after delivery to freight couriers.
Any applicable shipping charges for your order will be shown during the checkout.
We may at our discretion offer limited time Free Shipping promotions from time to time based on the following eligibility criteria:
- Order is placed during the stated promotional period;
- Free shipping eligibility registration information must be completed in full (incorrect post codes will be advised in the registration process);
- Free Shipping offer is valid for all Australian territories;
- Shipping charges will apply to ineligible products/orders; and
- Offer is not available for commercial or wholesale/bulk orders.
After your order has been dispatched a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided, with an tracking reference number. You can track the shipping status of your order online or simply chat with our team members to follow up for you.
Cancellation or Change
It may be possible for you to cancel or change your order if your order has not started the packing process in our warehouse. Please contact us via email or Shopify chat and if cancellation or change remains possible, they will assist you.
