Returns and refunds
We want you to feel confident when shopping with E Halona. Please choose carefully before placing your order, especially for coffee equipment, yoga products, and items with specific sizing or compatibility requirements.
No change of mind returns
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. This includes situations where you:
- changed your mind after ordering;
- ordered the wrong product, size, colour, variant, or quantity;
- found the item cheaper elsewhere;
- decided you no longer need or want the item; or
- made a compatibility choice without checking the product details first.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your setup, please contact us before ordering. For coffee equipment, we can help check machine fit, drip tray clearance, basket style, and general setup suitability before dispatch.
Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, is unsafe, is significantly different from the description, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos where relevant so we can assess the problem quickly.
If the issue is confirmed and a remedy is required under Australian Consumer Law, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution. Depending on the issue, this may include repair, replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy.
Return shipping
For approved warranty, faulty, damaged, or incorrect item claims, we will provide instructions before anything is sent back. Please do not return items without contacting us first.
For any return that is approved by us outside Australian Consumer Law requirements, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging unless we agree otherwise in writing.
