E Halona ships from Sydney, NSW. We aim to dispatch orders quickly and provide clear delivery information before and after purchase.
Dispatch times
Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, supplier delays, or carrier disruptions, dispatch may take longer.
Delivery areas
We currently ship within Australia. Available shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier service selected. Sydney metro deliveries are generally faster, while regional, remote, and interstate deliveries may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will send tracking information after dispatch. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to appear after the parcel is collected or scanned.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
Authority to leave and missed deliveries
Depending on the carrier and delivery option, parcels may be left in a safe place or redirected according to carrier rules. If a delivery is missed, follow the carrier's instructions for redelivery, collection, or redirection.
Pickup
Pickup may be available by arrangement where shown on the website or confirmed by us. Please do not visit our warehouse or pickup location without confirmation.
Damaged, lost, or delayed parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. If tracking shows an unusual delay or a parcel appears lost, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.
Large, bulky, or special handling items
Some items may require special handling, separate freight arrangements, or additional delivery time. If this applies, we may contact you before dispatch.
Shipping and Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law, including where goods are not supplied within a reasonable time or are damaged in transit before delivery to you.
