When can I expect my delivery?

Once order is received, we will process and dispatch within 24 hours, unless products are out of stock and our team member will contact you to discuss.

Can I arrange collection myself from warehouse?

Sure, you can. Our warehouse is located in Chullora NSW 2190 from Mon-Fri 9.00-16.00 (except for Public holiday), and we also accept weekend pickup by appointment if needed.

Can I return the products if changing mind? or Exchange?

We don't accept product return for a reason of mind changing, but if you want to change color or style for same products, we can assist, but you have to post the goods back in good sale condition and re-place the order after we confirm acceptance of exchange. Click here for more details.

How can I reach customer service?

What should I do if goods received is faulty or damaged?

We will carefully pack the products and check the condition before sending out. BUT if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, by providing outter package and product photos, and we will assess accordingly.
